I have just received the following email from a lady who has just set up her own business. This is her question.
'I have just set up my business and have issued some invoices to my new clients. Two of them have not paid my invoice and I am a little unsure about what to do next. As a new business every client is very important to me and I don't want to lose them. What do you advise'.
I have advised this lady on what she should do, but thought I would leave the question open to you to see what you think she should do.
