This course will have a maximum of 4 people on the course and a minimum of 1 person. £795 per delegate including refreshments/manual
We can also arrange to come to your premises/office to run our Starting a Business Training Course, ideal if your company is about to make staff redundant and staff have expressed an interest in starting their own business (ex-travel charged at 45 pence per mile).
Starting A Business
Starting a business can be a scary, it can be exciting, and it can be one of the most rewarding ventures you will every undertake. On this course, we will take you through the steps you need to do to start your business.
Starting a Business course is a very practical course that will discuss your career objectives, your business aspirations and then gets down to the nitty-gritty of the day to day running of a business. We discuss what time you have available to start a new business, what type of business you would like to run and what services or products you are going to offer.
We will discuss your marketing strategy, financial planning and the operations of your proposed business.
There will be some pre-course work and some homework on this Starting a Business course. Our aim is to get you ready for day one, not thinking about the end of year one and your 5-year goal. We want you to start your business. There are some excellent business coaches to help you take the next step, but this first step is scary and there is a lot of work to be done.
